Never boil too much water again / save energy / save time
Long waits for boiling tea? The problem is we often boil too much water. We rather boil a little more water and be sure that we have enough than finding out we're short on water after taking the time and energy to boil it. To solve this problem I have taken inspiration from the perculator. Boild water will rise out of the boiling compartment into the kettle, which displays exactly how much water is boiled.
The kettle works by filling the bottom basin with water. Put the basin on the fire and stick the cone shaped kettle on top. As the water boils it will find it's way to the kettle.
The cone on top displays the amount of boiled water with a scale in cups and also doubles as a kettle which holds the boiled water. So pooring cups is easy and pooring the water into an extra tea kettle is obsolete.
